How an order moves

Six steps from the first message to the cartons. The quote is where the quantity and the dates are fixed.

  1. 01Send the brief

    Tell us the style, the quantity, the market you sell into, and the mark you want on the bag. A photo of a similar bag is enough to start.

  2. 02Read the quote

    We price the run from Dongguan. The quote names the quantity for that style, and the time to make the sample and the bulk.

  3. 03Approve the sample

    The sample is cut and sewn here. You check the color, the logo, the hardware, and the size before any bulk is cut.

  4. 04Sew the bulk

    The bulk run follows the approved sample. A reorder uses that same pattern, so the next carton matches the last.

  5. 05Check before shipping

    Ask for photos of the finished bags and the packed cartons. If you use an inspection company, say so in the inquiry.

  6. 06Ship on the quoted terms

    The quote names where the goods are handed over, and how payment is made. Those terms stay with your order.

What you can change

The base pattern stays. These are the parts buyers usually set for their own market.

  • Color and materials

    Shell color, leather or a coated face, mesh, and the lining are chosen on the sample.

  • Your mark

    A patch, a deboss, embroidery, or a print. Send the artwork and where it should sit.

  • Hardware

    Buckles, zippers, straps, and rings. The hardware you approve is the hardware on the reorder.

  • Packing

    A hangtag, a barcode label, and the marks on the export carton. Tell us what your warehouse needs to read.

Shipping and payment

Both are confirmed on your quote, for the destination you name.

Tell us the port or the address the goods should reach, and whether you want them handed over in China or moved further. Payment is written on that same quote. We confirm the terms before the bulk is cut.
